let’s talk tan
Preparation & Performance
How do I prep for my spray tan? Exfoliating and shaving or waxing 24 hours before your appointment helps extend the life of your color. Removing products from skin at least an hour before your session improves adhesion of your tan.
What should I wear to my appointment? Wear dark, loose-fitting clothing. Avoid leggings, denim, or tight bras immediately after your session to ensure the bronze sets without friction.
Results & Longevity
How long will my glow last? With proper maintenance, your tan will remain at peak radiance for 7–10 days. Using a moisturizer free of oils(mineral, baby, and petroleum-based) preserves your glow.
Can I exercise or sweat after my session? Wait at least 8–12 hours (or as directed for rapid solutions) before any heavy activity. Sweating or any moisture will interfere with the development of the product.
Will it stain my clothes or sheets? Tanning formulas are designed for rapid absorption, but some cosmetic bronzer may transfer before your first shower. It is water-soluble and typically washes out of most fabrics.
